LOVELY HOME! This home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the screened-in porch and loved that the home was located at the end of the street. It was fully stocked and even had hand soap dispensers in all the bathrooms (I always have to bring my own). The neighborhood is charming! The use of the golf cart was helpful to get to 30A, and then it was just a short walk to the beach. The property manager, Andrea, was very friendly and attentive to my emails. We would definitely stay here again.

The cutest airbnb in the perfect location!! loved the big chill being right across the street but also the easy access to other fun things todo such as alys beach! very responsive and accommodating!

Beautiful property! Accurately described in listing. Very close to neighborhood pool. Golf cart didnt hold charge very long but not a big issue. Tasteful decor and nicely stocked! Would recommend! Good communication from property managers.

Andrea was amazing. We lost internet because of a lightning strike and she bent over backwards to solve our problem. She definitely went above and beyond to solve our issue. First class property and service. HIGHLY Recommended.

I can’t say enough about the host of this property. Andrea was wonderful to work with. Her communication was on point and very thorough. The house was beautiful and very well appointed. All of the beds and pillows were amazing. The golf cart made it very easy to get to the beach and around town. We couldn’t have been happier with the home and plan to return in the future.

Pleasantly surprised with everything! Great neighborhood! Honestly it was way nicer than what I was expecting just from the listing and a quick maps search. House was amazing for a group our size! Everyone had their own bathroom along with an additional 1/2 bath on the main floor. Great screened in porched that was perfect for morning coffee and our little one to play with a water table. The golf cart made things very convenient! The only surprise that we had were the many stairs (maybe 3-4 flights) down to the beach, which is tough if you’re carrying little ones or big coolers, etc. Allows for a good daily workout though! Just wasn’t my favorite being 6 months pregnant. All beach access along there had similar stair access too though. Unavoidable, really! The pool was great – zero entry end with fountains (perfect for little ones) and bench around the sides. Literally steps from the house. Great stay! I’d certainly come back! Highly recommend BabyQuip for any baby item needs too!!!

Enjoyed our stay in the beautiful cottage. Great location outside of the hustle and bustle of the nearby 30A popular towns of Seaside and Rosemary, avoiding the traffic and crowds, yet the ideal location to quickly access great dining and shops.
